A method and system for a mobile digital radiography X-Ray detector with image display and data storage. The system comprises: a digital radiography X-ray detector panel, a central control unit, LCD display module and a touch panel attached on the LCD. The detector panel is on the top of the system. It detects the X-ray radiation and converts it to charge distribution. The charge distribution are acquired and transmitted to the central control unit and saved in the storage medium. The central control unit reads the image from the storage medium and displays in LCD. Customer could operate the system by touch panel.

FIELD OF INVENTION
 The invention generally relates to imaging system and more specifically to a mobile digital radiography X-Ray detector with image display and data storage.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
 The necessity of diagnosing an injury as quickly as possible is very critical and delay in diagnosis could be fatal for the patient. In many situations, like patient being in rural or remote area, or the patient is critical, the data from the detector should be processed quickly. The data acquired by the detector needs to be processed to obtain an image. The data is processed by a workstation and many times the workstation may not be attached with the detector. If the workstation where the image processing is done, is not a part of the detector, there could be a delay in processing the image.
 Further currently, images will be stored with the workstation and customers need to wait for the image data transportation to workstation. Many times the customers cannot change the view parameter.
 Thus it will be beneficial to have a system to quickly diagnose just after the exposure without a workstation.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
 An embodiment of the invention provides an imaging system having a Digital X-ray detector, LCD, image storage and wireless transmission combined together. The need of workstation to process the images as in a traditional X-ray apparatus has been eliminated.
 Mobile digital X-ray detector with image display and data storage (abbr. MDDID) comprises a digital radiography X-ray detector panel, a central control unit, LCD display module and a touch panel attached on the LCD. Figure 1 shows the basic structure of MDDID. There are 4 layers in MDDID. Digital X-ray detector is on the top of MDDID. It detects the X-ray radiation and converts it to charge distribution. The charge distribution are acquired and transmitted to the central control unit (The 2nd layer) and saved in the storage medium. Central control unit could read the image from the storage medium and display in LCD (The 3rd layer). Customer could operate the MDDID by touch panel (The 4th layer).

 Detector module is an X-ray imaging module could convert X-ray radiation to a charge distribution. The charge distribution is acquired by the acquisition circuit and transmitted to layer 2, central control unit.
