The present disclosure relates, in general, to real estate tools particularly with Radio Frequency Indetification (RFID) integration. The disclosure is to provide an RFID real estate service package that includes multiple tags, a portable RFID reader, an optional installation system for mobile devices to track and identify the sales information, and a companion web-based software package that includes a back-end database service.

RFID Real Estate System and Method

This disclosure provides a service and a physical product package integrated with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for the niche market of real estate. (There is no real estate service package integrated with RFID at the moment) . The disclosure includes a product and a service part, which provides an RFID real estate service package that includes multiple tags, a portable RFID readerr, an optional installation system for mobile devices to track and identify the sales information, and a web-based software package with a back-end database.

    Instead of using the RFID technology on moving items, this method takes the approach of placing the tags on non-movable locations, such as property sale signs, within the range of the reader proposed (the sales person can move to take multiple readings). Many people are calling this new approach as a Mobile RFID. The system will track the information and the status of the property in real-time. For instance, if the sales agent or the person selling the property makes a change in the database, the reader will get the latest information.

    This disclosure provides RFID service package accessible for real estate agents, not only over the internet but also in physicals stores. It will make an RFID system very accessible and available in multiple stores with an option from many manufacturers.
