Disclosed is a mechanism to eject a laptop personal computer (PC) from a docking station and keep its ejected position mechanism.

 

Fig1 and 2 show a mechanism to eject PC.

When Eject Button is pressed, PC is released from hooks of docking station and lifted up by ejector pins of docking station. Arrows is movement directions.

Linked parts to eject PC are locked by lock plate and PC is kept the ejected position. Lock plate is moved by coil spring.

Linked parts to eject PC are released by lifting up PC. Detect pin and Link Plate A is moved by coil spring.
