Abstract

SyncGene is the dynamically mutated mobility status update about the personal preferences adapted by a user for the microenvironment surrounded by devices that are part of information process. The SyncGene is further instrumental in creating subsidiary processes as user configurations for device management and automation. The mutation is template driven and exclusive for the user with no resemblance to other user template.

Prologue

This reminds a great author of 'The War of the Worlds' (Harper, Harper & Brothers, 1898), Mr.
H. G. Wells who could ideally visualize that "No one would have believed, in the last years of the nineteenth century, that human affairs were being watched keenly and closely by intelligences greater than man's and yet as mortal as his own; that as men busied themselves about their affairs they were scrutinized and studied,

perhaps almost as narrowly as a man with a

microscope might scrutinize the transient creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water". It was with his superior consciousness the author was able to recognize the phenomenon through the time. With the current technological advancement and the information age, this is very much

possible and can be instrumental for creating better living conditions as well as applying

required intelligence for security and privacy.

Introduction

The introduction of SyncGene through this disclosure is to portray the way the mobility is going to be influenced globally for the users/ subscribers. Handling mobility applications in the future is going to be very complex and multidimensional. Each element demands different classifications of data handling. It is truly roaming and can operate on any kind of interfaces or radio signals. This would be a phenomenon to make the person mobile to majority of access technologies that has a higher power of takeover during any stage of user transactions of content. These applications are going to create total mobility to be flexible to user across multiple services and providers. This brings convergence across the mobility infrastructure and it is always going to be user/ subscriber centric.

The most difficult part of all these transactions is uninterrupted content transactions for users/ subscribers, since the take over is transparent to user device. Central content servers are going to be huge and highly available to cater to the mobility needs of such forced and automatic radio/ switching takeovers. Future user/ subscriber transactions on these devices are going to be independent of all user configurations. This opens new opportunities for operators and system integrators to build the infrastructure that is very futuristic.

The need is to apply the cognitive informatics based on the personal information accumulated with the operating company. The data intends to be more the nature of surveillance in terms of security interests, but can help and influence the environment surrounding the user for betterment of his/ her activities as personalized applications in a commercial and business domain. The topic of service personalization brings more quality to the user in genuine situations of the needed support of service flexibility and ease of using the devices.
