System to Associate Disparate Photos with a Metaverse Event and Participants of Said Event

Metaverse applications, such as Second Life, allow users to organize and participate in events. The Second Life Event is described at http://secondlife.com/events. One limitation of the current event solution is that participants attending an event can only take photos that are accessible by via the event participant's personal inventory. There is no mechanism to associate photos taken by different event participants with other participants and the event attended.

Described below is a method to associate photos taken at a multiple-user event with other participants and the event attended such that the photos taken can be collectively leveraged to automatically create a photo album repository.

The method extends the current capability of the metaverse event. That allows the following:

Photos taken during an event by different users can be identified with the collection of photos associated with other
participants and with the event.
