Method to Effectively Control the Collaborative Editing Jobs

Disclosed is a system which can effectively control the collaborative editing jobs. One example of the collaborative editing work is caption editing in which human resource collaborate to provide adequate captioning to the content with audio.

Initially, the system divides the work and distributes it as jobs among the human resource for collaboration. The human resource often varies in skill level. The system monitors the progress and calculates the efficiency for each human resource. From the human resource efficiency, the size of the job, and the progress of the job the system calculates the expected end time. If the expected end time is over a defined criteria, the system reallocates the job dynamically to a different human resource who is more efficient. As a result, the overall collaboration work is more efficient and thus performed in less total working time and cost.
