Background of the invention


WYSIWYG blog clients come into increasing use, which manage blog entries via blog API (Application Programming Interface.) For WYSIWYG editing, blog client downloads blog design templates from blog server, and need to define areas of editing in the design template. There are some demerits in existing methods to define areas of editing in design template as follows;

Existing method A: Uses the preset definition. (Demerits: It is difficult to follow increasing design templates.)

Existing method B: User specifies the editing area. (Demerits: The operations confuse users.)

Existing method C: Creates and downloads dummy entry to analyze design template, and deletes dummy entry. (Demerit: Deleting entries via blog API is forbidden by some blog providers.)
