Abstract

In today’s information age, email has become an important and necessary communication channel for both work and life. Email users are facing managing the growing amount of history emails. Some solutions have been provided to improve the email archiving, but they still have some drawbacks. All the selected emails are archived in one archive file, while emails of different date, different sender, different subject or different content belong to different categories. Email users cannot manage the archive files separately and efficiently. This disclosure will put forward one classified email archiving solution to overcome the disadvantage of the existing email archiving methods and systems. With this solution, email users can manage their archive emails separately and efficiently according to their specified classifications.
