Abstract

As a result of rapid growth of Web technology, more and more people can freely express their comments/reviews of products on the Web space such as blogs, forums and online merchant sites. Since the amount of reviews is increasing rapidly, for example, in some large merchant sites there even can be hundreds of reviews for a popular product. With such a large scale of information, it is quite challenging for a potential customer to integrate and digest all these reviews from different sources and take a conclusion on which product s/he should buy.
