Optimal browser selection for a given website or web application

With the abundance of web-browser application and development tools, developers, programmers, and end-users find some web-applications compatible with particular browsers while others are not. Application developers must often provide viewing recommendations to the end users. However, the user takes the burden of selecting the appropriate browser for the application or changing the locale of a browser for particular set of websites or applications to allow for viewing. For example, if a browser has a locale set as en

_us then a site or application containing Chinese language contents

does not properly display.

To create a preferred end-user experience, developers need a mechanism which reduces the burden of manually selecting an appropriate browser and automatically selects a browser based on the locale requirement of an application.

Current known solutions include methods for automatically selecting program and data updates based upon versions, automatically enhancing browser interactivity, automatically activating a browser with Internet shortcuts on the desktop, and automatically translating web pages. In comparison to the method disclosed here, these options do not provide and adequate level of end-user support in opening web pages and translation capabilities.
