Granular visibility of hidden information to selected participants

Various communication modalities (e.g. chat, email/calendar) allow a sender to hide the identity of certain recipients (e.g. 'BCC' in email). Sometimes a visible recipient (e.g. in TO or CC in email) forwards the communique to someone who was in the hidden set, thereby causing that recipient to receive it twice.

For that reason it would be advantageous to have the ability to selectively inform some recipients about who received the item in what is normally a hidden manner. Sometimes it is beneficial for certain recipients to know everyone who received the item...

Proposed is the capability for the sender to give certain recipients (individually, by person) the knowledge of some or all of who received hidden information.
