At present, email systems exist to serve people all over the world with a quick way of communicating and sharing information. Over 2 million emails are sent every second which means this is one of the most favoured communication methods available. The problem is that there may be a lot of overhead caused by collaboration, for example, UserA receives an email and then asks UserB for input, then responds to UserC.... this creates overhead and the associated workflow is prone to error. This article addresses this problem, which describes a method to allow a third party to create response drafts and allows the recipient to use that draft.

Before the message gets to UserA, it may be configured to optionally arrive to UserC first. UserC can supply a draft response which would then be supplied to UserA with the draft response. The UI for UserC may consist of a view for which documents are presented that can have draft responses created. UserA can mark the email and this means draft responses can be

provided for this message and all subsequent messages in this thread.

Use Case:

UserA "Jim Jones" sends an email to UserB "abc" regarding "Disclosure 123". UserA "Jim Jones" is leading the project "Disclosure 123" but would like to allow another more technical user, UserC "Jack" to have an oversight on all related correspondence and to have the ability to create draft responses to these me...
