Consider a scenario when a user A dials/receives a phone call to/from a user B. In accordance with the method and system disclosed herein, a slide show is initiated for the phone call. The slide show displays multi-media content related to the user A, the user B and the phone conversation of the user A and the user B. In order to display the multi-media content, the system perform a search on a local area network and/or the Internet to retrieve relevant multi-media content. Websites such as social networking websites and photo sharing websites may be searched to retrieve relevant multi-media content. The relevant multi-media content may be for example, photos of the user A and user B and of any event involving user A and user B.
Once the relevant multi-media content is retrieved, the system places a slide show on one or more of user A's device and user B's device. A device can be one or more of a computer and a mobile/pervasive device of the users.
The slide show may be customized to show multi-media content in an order as specified by the users and may be presented with a user specified time interval between different multi-media content. For example, the multi-media content may be show in a...
