Disclosed is a method and system for assigning name and topic content-specific values

to generate topic content-specific Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. The method

involves adding Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) name attributes to allow

information developers to add property values which are topic content-specific and

output as RSS feeds Hyper Text Markup Langauge (HTML) metadata elements. The disclosed DITA name attributes are DC.RSSFeed, DC.TechSupport, and

DC.Search. The topic content-specific value is added into the

element, in

the content attribute:
