Abstract

The disclosure proposes a design solution to transmit force to actuators (preferably hydraulic pistons) in a non-rotating sleeve without the need for a. rotary pressure seals and b. electrical power supply. The idea is to have one or more linear drives in the rotating part that actually displace one or more clutch rings in the non-rot sleeve, which in turn drives a system to actuate expandable steering ribs, etc.
