Abstract

A program is disclosed when, the developer gets an Error message then he will also get a list of contacts who has solved same / similar problem in past. At the same time he can view how he has solved the problem. If required the developer can contact that person for help. In a big organization, we can capture a huge knowledgebase and which can help other developer. The name of contact will help the user to find more detail information about the fix. A lot of time the Knowledgebase information is not sufficient. .

According to my disclosure, Following diagram (Figure 2) describes an error display window. In this case a list of person who has solved such problem in past is shown along with the error message. If a developer does not want this feature then he has to disable "Auto SME Identification" feature from the tools option.

Following diagram (Figure 3) describes the developer can view the solution in the tooltip. In this case he has to select the person name who has solved such problem. The name of the person will be displayed based on rank.Developer's feedback can also be considered for ranking. ( How many times whose suggestion was taken)

Following diagram (Figure 4) describes, the developer will have option to chat / email/ phone call option. The developer can select any mode of communication.
