Discussion:

Create a vaporizer that uses a wicking refractory fiber yarn in a geometry that permits a large gas flow through a relatively open structure that has a large evaporative surface area.  In order to accomplish this, it was conceived that refractory fibrous yarn could be arranged within a gas duct in such a way as to provide a large evaporative surface area without significantly impeding the gas flow. The attached sketch shows one way that this can be accomplished.

Benefits:

A search for vaporizers that are wickable and that could take high temperatures was unsuccessful.
