Method and System for Recommending Activities to a User

Abstract

A method and system is provided for recommending activities to a user based on information corresponding to the user.  The user chooses one or more preferred activities from a list of activities recommended to the user.

Description

Disclosed is a method and system for recommending activities to a user based on information corresponding to the user.  For example, the information corresponding to the user includes user profile information, social network information, geographical location, estimate of user availability, historical participation of users in group activities, activities available, and contextual factors.
