Method and System for Dynamically Magnifying Form Elements on a Display Device

Disclosed is a method and system for dynamically magnifying one or more form elements with invalid data on a display device. The dynamic magnification of the one or more form elements simplifies resolution of the invalid data in the one or more form elements. In an embodiment, the display device may be part of a mobile device.

In accordance with the method and system, when a user launches a page which contains a form, a check is performed on form elements to determine the display size of the form elements. While data is entered into the form elements by the user, the data is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the data, the form elements with invalid data are identified. Subsequently, the identified form elements and the invalid data contained within the form elements are magnified and presented to the user for re-entry.

The form elements with the invalid data are magnified based on the identified content size and display size associated with the form elements. The magnification is performed to enhance the visibility of the form elements and the data contents therein. The magnification factor of the form elements may be decided based on the display size of the page which may be predetermined.
