Abstract

Entertainment is part of parcel of human lives. People go to cinema halls, sports stadiums, Concerts venues in large numbers and to facilitate them there is a multi seating arrangement. Commonly, organizers has people who guide the audience to their respective seat location but it becomes very difficult an annoying for other audience once the event (like Movie, Sports) has already started. For example, consider a case where in a movie starts at 3 PM in people have settled in the movie theater. There are few people who have come in later but lights of the theater have been switched off to enable better viewing for the users. In this scenario, it is very difficult for the late comers to exactly identify the location and annoying for audience if attendants guide them in the Hall. There is a need to make this process easier and less annoying.

The article helps in making smarter commercial seating arrangement facilities (like cinema halls, aeroplanes , public transport systems , stadiums etc) wherever pricing and specific seat allocation is applicable.

Consider an example of a cinema hall. The viewers face issue in a identifying the allocated seat in a non illuminated / dark theater. The viewers need to be assisted to their respective seats by the staff member or he has to spend some time to locate the seat by following the seat number trails. Some times in large public seating arrangements this can also lead to confusion in seats occupied.

The invention proposes a solution to all above mentioned problems.

The proposal is to provide a mechanism that makes the process of finding seat location easy and less annoying.

The article proposes to have a intelligent system in place which will facilitate easy location of the allocated seats for the occupants in any public seating arrangement.

The system will provide the following features:
1. Seat identification by illumination
2. Color coding of seats to uniquely identify seats allocated
3. Easy locating of seats by providing route to seat
