Abstract

A method and system for automatically tracking user interactions and providing tags to the user interactions is disclosed. The tracking of the user interactions involve determining information pertaining to the user interactions. The information pertaining to the user interactions may include, but is not limited to, parties interacting with a user corresponding to the user interaction, primary topics of the user interaction, and time stamp information of the user interaction. Further, the information pertaining to the user interactions are provided with tags. The user may click a tag for obtaining the information pertaining to the user interaction corresponding to the tag.

Disclosed is a method and system for automatically tracking user interactions and providing tags to the user interactions. The tracking of the user interactions involve determining information pertaining to the user interactions. The information pertaining to the user interactions may include, but is not limited to, parties interacting with a user corresponding to the user interaction, primary topics of the user interaction, and time stamp information of the user interaction. Further, the information pertaining to the user interactions are provided with tags. The user may click a tag for obtaining the information pertaining to the user interaction corresponding to the tag.

In a scenario, a user may interact with multiple parties. The interactions of the user may take place through, but are not limited to, interactions using emails, Instant Messengers (IM), blogs, web conferences, online classes, wikis, micro blogs, and cloud collaboration. The user interactions with the multiple parties are tracked. The tracking of the user interactions involves determining the multiple parties interacting with the user. The tracking of the user interactions also involves analyzing the user interactions and extracting primary topics from the user interactions.
