Email conversation enhancement to include previously deleted attachment when new recipient is added to email list

Often when you send an email containing a large attachment (e.g. 10Mb and above) to a distribution list consisting of a number of people, someone will reply back to the entire group using Reply Without Attachments, which removes the original attachment before sending. Then someone else will reply to that email reply, and so on. What follows is that an "email conversation" has begun.

    The deletion of the original attachment is entirely the right thing to do in most circumstances because:
everyone on the distribution list has already viewed it.
it avoids great inconvenience to mobile users with limited bandwidths.
it avoids storage duplication waste for users using email systems where personal storage space for their emails is severely restricted to an allocation in a range of strict tiers (which are often not too generous!).

    The problem is that sometimes new recipients are also added to the distribution list at a later point in the "email conversation". These late joiners will not have access to the original attachment because it has been previously removed.

    The solution disclosed herein addresses the problem of the original attachment having been removed when new recipients join the "email conversation".
