Idea of generating Ant/Maven Build Scripts for Dojo facet based Web 2.0 projects in Rational Application Developer

Many of the Web2.0 Projects today are built with one of the built script tools such as Ant or Maven to create executables for deployment. This disclosure covers the idea and method for generating build scripts as part of Web2.0 Static/Dynamic Web based projects creation. This would save lots of time for Web developers/architects in Coding the Ant or Maven build scripts by hand or doing cut and paste. We could also in addition provide additional capabilities to read build scripts and load the same into a Wizard and allow for customization of the scripts. This idea can be further enhanced for other types of projects as well. It need not be limited only for Web2.0 projects or even the type of build/tool scripts that are used for building the projects.

The idea covers the user interface, build script generation capabilities as part of Rational Application Developer* Web 2.0 project creation. The idea has 3 parts.
1) Part 1 covers the method to provide options for generation of Ant/maven build scripts and
2) Part 2 covers providing additional options for customizing the build scripts. Once the user interface options are completed, generate the build scripts either for Ant or Maven build tools based on options selected.
