Abstract

This disclosure is regarding a system to prevent tractor rear overturn due to heavy draft operation. The new system will sense for front wheel reaction or speed for front wheel lifting and then electronic sensor will de-clutch vehicle and bring engine speed to low idle. This will be a safety feature for vehicle operating with draft condition. During draft operation of vehicle the front wheel weight is transferred to rear wheel. In case of high draft condition the full front wheel weight is transferred to rear wheel and lifts above the ground. It could be fatal if the front wheels are not brought back to ground. There is loss of steering too. The new mechanism will be automatically activated system with input from front wheel by sensing dynamic load on wheel or pitch acceleration. The sensing can also be from any mechanism that will detect front end lifting of vehicle. This signal will be sent to a electronic unit that will declutch the engine power and bring engine to low idle. The declutching operation will be hydraulically controlled. Once the front wheel has proper wheel reaction, it will bring vehicle to normal operating condition.
