Email is the most important collaboration tool for most people. But we always face a issue like this: if a email was sent to multiple people, then this email have a big chance to evolve to multiple email chaines since people reply/forward this email at the same time, it is inconvenient for us when want to read all the messages relate to this topic or we want to find a particular reply, bcos we have to dig in the multiple email chaines. This disclosure presents a method to solve this problem.

The main idea is to merge multiple email chain to one single chain by the sent out time of emails. so we will always get a single mail contain all the replies, and obviously, it's very easy to get all the messages around the topic, we can find all the meesage in one mail.

The implemention is easy, we canconcatenate every reply by the time of the mail. Pls see the following picture, Jim's original mail, Tommy's reply and Jason's reply were concatenated to a new complete version.
