Method and System Recommending a Response template for a Communication

Disclosed is a method and system for recommending a response template for a communication session between users. A template format is recommended based

on preferences of the users learned over time. These preferences may be gathered based on earlier communications between the users.

In an exemplary implementation, the disclosed method traces and captures various activities and behaviors of users, such as a sender or a receiver, over a communication sessions such as an email or to-do action. Consider an example

wherein the sender sends an email with a document attachment to a receiver for

Therefore, the sender and the receiver may exchange multiple emails over the communication session for refining the feedback and the format. The system captures the original email and original response as a baseline for communication between these users. In view of the recommendations, the receiver may perform some changes or take a relevant action. Such a sequence of back and forth communication is tracked and further added to the baseline till the method detects end of exchange of communication between the users. The consequent refinements made during the course of communication are captured by the method till the sender is satisfied and replies with an affirmation to the receiver's response. The captured refinements are compiled and learned as content and style preferences of that sender. These learned preferences are leveraged by the method to generate a dynamic response...
