Abstract

In this highly connected world, it is difficult to control or limit the distribution of information. Sometimes information is relevant and pertinent to folks in one area of the business, even one company, but might not be appropriate for others. Once a document is distributed beyond the realm of the intended audience, control is lost and theoretically the document could be distributed on the web in a viral fashion. Options for more control would be very helpful, protect legal and other information from inadvertently or purposefully being distributed wrongfully.
