A method and system is disclosed for executing contextually-relevant actions based on conversational actions. The method and system automatically determines a requester, a recipient and type of the action to be executed when a participant speaks in the conference call.

Figure 1 shows an overview of the method and system disclosed herein. The system includes a server which is responsible for managing a conference. Two or more users connect to the server using a computer or a mobile device for joining the conference. Each user is given an ID for identification purpose.

A server is configured to execute a voice recognition system, or a voice driven assistant, that can recognize a caller, either by connected line into conference or voice recognition as shown in figure 2.

When a user calls into a conference call, a manage input module manages inputs. The input can be VoIP connection to a conference meeting system, or telephony conference system. The server also includes a voice recognition system which is used to recognize the call and the words. Further, a task identification module (the voice driven assistant) is included in the server to identify and assign tasks.
