1. Background:

   A. To prevent automated software from performing actions which degrade the quality of a given online service, and to attempt to make sure that response is generate by human rather than internet bots, many technology personnel's have created CAPTCHAs. This technology puts up a test to prevent unwanted Internet bots from accessing websites.

- Current CAPTCHAs are mostly text based and an audio and visual version was developed to assist the disabled.

o These approaches has been said to worsen accessibility for other forms or disability.

- Current market saturated with touch screen devices such as the Iphone,
Ipad, Samsung Galaxy etc.
o Small screens and cram keypads are prevalent problems

associated with such devices, making typing and words/character recognition difficult for end-users.

o The current CAPTCHA system, requires end-users to key in letters, symbols, number etc. which they see or heard on their screens, magnifies the weakness of the such touch screen devices and hampering end-users online experience.

- Current CAPTCHA system neglected the deaf and the blind


B. Come up with a CAPTCHA that:
- Aids touch screen end-users when the need arises for them to confirm

  their human identity on secured websites. - Aids the deaf and blind touch screen users.

  2. Description of the Disclosure : A new type of technology that uses the principle of attraction between electrical charges has surfaced in the market. This type of technology allows users to feel and touch different type of surface texture despite a flat screen.
