System and Method for Recalling Relevant Events Based on Interactions with Individuals

The amount of information exchanges between parties has grown exponentially with the advent of social and mobile computing. People are now connected through multiple channels such as social networks, email, telephone conversations and voicemails, etc. Using some of these channels, information might be delivered instantaneously, but the recipient might not access it right away; therefore, the response might be delayed.

Face-to-face meetings promise instantaneous responses. In addition to in-person meetings, immediate interactions can occur through an instant messaging chat, a group chat, or a direct phone conversation.

If two or more people are about to have a face-to-face meeting, which happens to

follow the dissemination of information via channels that did not produce an immediate response (e.g., email, social network post or message), then the previously exchanged information via other channels might need to be recalled or brought to the front for immediate processing. Participants of a collaboration session can tag prior conversations (e.g., emails, chats, etc.) with some keywords, so that those can be found during the collaboration session and automatically brought to the forefront.

Following are the components and process for implementing the method and system in a preferred embodiment:

1. User A schedules a meeting that has associated documentation. User A invites User B and User C.

2. As soon as Users B and C arrive at the meeting, or some time before, the meeting notice opens, the documents that are attached to...
