Abstract

A method and system is disclosed for providing audio information for a video advertisement as per preferences of a user. The method and system provides the audio information on a mobile device of the user by delivering a plurality of audio information at frequencies below the human hearing frequencies to the mobile device. Thereafter, the mobile device selects the audio information from the plurality of the audio information as per the user preferences while playing the video advertisement. Thus, the method and system enables playback of the same video advertisement with variable audio for different users.

Abstract

A method and system is disclosed for providing audio information for a video advertisement as per preferences of a user.  The method and system provides the audio information on a mobile device of the user by delivering a plurality of audio information at frequencies below the human hearing frequencies to the mobile device.  Thereafter, the mobile device selects the audio information from the plurality of the audio information as per the user preferences while playing the video advertisement.  Thus, the method and system enables playback of the same video advertisement with variable audio for different users.

Description

Usually, customers are not able to choose audio information while watching video advertisements.  For example, a customer in France may not be able to choose French audio for a video advertisement being broadcasted in English.

Disclosed is a method and system for transmitting different audio information at different low frequency bands.

In one implementation, the method and system broadcasts the different audio information at a frequency below 20 Hz.  Since, human hearing frequencies ranges from 20 Hz to 16 kHz, the method and system utilizes the frequency space below 20 Hz to broadcast the different audio information.
