Abstract

Vehicle braking system is controlled by operator and it is proportional to rate of application of brake pedal. Generally it takes more time to complete stop speedy of vehicle after application of brakes.
This disclosure relates to quick brake system. Quick response power brake system is kind of a hydraulic braking system addition with responsive flow deliver valves & operational algorithm. The additional responsive flow deliver valves deliver additional hydraulic oil to the braking valve when the machine speed is higher than the preset speed. These valves work as per the algorithm set in the machine. The normal brake supply lines are always connected with power source and operated by the main brake pedal valve.

Description:

Present disclosure is about Quick Response power brake system. As shown in Fig. 1, a hydraulic pump (1) is connected with a system relief valve (2). The pump out put goes to the Accumulator bank (3) followed by the Brake valve (4). From the Brake valve, two separate hydraulic lines go to Front axle brake (6) and Rear axle brake (7). The brakes are connected to the respective axles with wheels (12). A wheel speed sensor can be equipped to any of the wheel to measure the vehicle speed.
