Abstract

Rear window of general construction vehicles has box section behind the guiding channel. This box section transfers load of guiding channel to ROPS pillars. In existing designs, the guiding channel is attached to box section which takes load and transfers it to ROPS pillar. This box section id glued to ROPS pillar. This disclosure is related to integration of box section of window with ROPS structure. The major objective behind this design is to directly transfer of window load on ROPS structure.

Description:

Present disclosure is about integration of box section of window with ROPS structure. As shown in Fig. 1 and 2, Rear window has a guiding channel for roller in window frame to roll up and down. The guiding channel is arranged in such a way that the load from guiding channel is directed transferred to ROPS pillars. This arrangement removes the use of additional box section behind the guiding channel for transmitting the load. This arrangement also eliminate additional sections on four sides of window , which tend to reduce complexity of design.
