Disclosed is the idea of a pocket sized USB device which contains the following features:

 Wireless Connectivity  Hard Disk Storage
 Lightweight OS

Typical usage of this device would be a user plugging it into a computer and instantly having access to a lightweight OS, wireless connectivity, and hard disk storage. The lightweight OS will contain basic functions users come to expect in any OS.

Ideally the device would be able to have multiple modes with both the storage and wireless.

Wireless connection usage examples:
 Wireless connection setup on the USB device, internet browser launched from Pocket OS can utilize the connection

 Wireless connection setup on host computer, local host computer resources can then utilize the connection

 Wireless connection setup and shared between Pocket OS and host computer

The same can be said for the storage, users can use it as a traditional USB storage device alongside exclusive Pocket OS integration.

Storage examples:
 Traditional USB key storage solution, user plugs into a computer and it acts as removal storage

 Pocket OS interaction, user launches web browser from within Pocket OS and downloads a file which gets saved to the device
 Sharable data regardless of how the data got there, create a

document file and save that within Pocket OS, a user can then access same file on the host computer via normal removable disk browsing with the local file system
