Disclosed is a method and system for providing a real time web based transcription and translation service. The method and system stores a user record of each participant of the teleconference to identify the participant and provide accurate translation of the participant's voice. The method and system uses machine learning algorithms to provide accurate translation of a conversation of the teleconference.

In an embodiment, each participant is identified and assigned a user record and a phone line. Each phone line may have more than one user records. The user record of each participant includes, for example, a history of voice footprint, language, a topic mater, and elements necessary to assist in accuracy and speed of transcription / translation service. The method and system gathers text inputs regarding a topic of the conference call for focusing the transcription and translation of voices. The method and system also generates one or more running text records of translation of one or more languages spoken in the teleconference. The method and system uses machine learning algorithms to provide accurate translation of a conversation of the teleconference. The method and system uses machine learning algorithms to learn one or more of sounds, syllables, dialects and words of the participants to improve the accuracy of translation.
