The novel contribution is a knowledge and help management system, or Knowledge Engine, for a consolidated repository of knowledge that improves the effectiveness of operations in an organization.  The Knowledge Engine continually forms a knowledge base and then makes that knowledge base easily accessible through a link on the interface to Help information.
