Abstract

A adaptive Method has been proposed which could intelligently detect the inconsistency in topological calibration from Power Grid GIS(Geographic Information System) data. Firstly, Automatically Check the topology data problem by introducing extra infomation and using electrical characters. In this step we check the topology with static electrical characters as well as dynamic electrical characters combined with load data from SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system and equipment information from asset management system in power grid. Secondly, advanced data mining analysis method has been exploited by modeling extra information from power distribution fault outage. In this step, Support Confidence and Conviction is calculated for each item set which is extracted from power distribution repair system and then decide whether update GIS topology information according to association analysis data and current GIS topology data.
