Disclosed is a method and system for indicating all previously rejected time and dates for an event by using a calendaring interface. The method and system notifies a user if an event has been previously rescheduled by the user.

In accordance with the method and system, a calendaring interface is provided. The calendaring interface displays events that are scheduled for a user . The calendaring interface additionally provides an indication if an event was previously scheduled to occur. A location associated with the event is notified to the user .

In an embodiment, the method and system informs the user if the event has been previously rescheduled and the person who rescheduled the event . In another embodiment, reasons for rescheduling the event are also provided to the user .

Thereafter, the user may specify an alternative time and date for the event . The alternative time and date is matched with a previously rescheduled time and date associated with the event. If the new time and date matches with the previously rescheduled time and date, then the user is notified about the match . The user may propose another time and date to reschedule the event .

Thus, the method and system described herein notifies a user whether an event has been already rescheduled by the user.
