Abstract

The Hydraulic synchronization isolation system enables a harvester or motor driven system to engage and disengage a hydraulic flow sharing / synchronized system during operation. The synchronization engage - disengage system will provide the ability to operate the system using either full hydraulic flow sharing, providing hydraulic synchronization and independent flow control in the same system. When the directional valve is not activated, the system will be in full synchronization / flow sharing mode, causing the wheels to be synchronized during operation. The system is designed in such a way that the wheels are separated from the feed arms and delimb arms pressure system, causing the wheels to independently influence each other and therefor giving full synchronization, without being influenced by the load sensed pressure from the arms. When the directional valve is activated, the system will dump the pressure activating on the compensators to from both feed motors to case drain, causing the system to go into full independent control because this disengage the compensators on each section controlling the motors.

Title: Hydraulic synchronization isolation system

Abstract: The Hydraulic synchronization isolation system enables a harvester or motor driven system to engage and disengage a hydraulic flow sharing / synchronized system during operation.
