Abstract

The wiring structure and wiring system is very important to the motion of the robot and its grippers, as improper wiring can affect the freedom and the working range of the robot and the wiring system itself can be destroyed. So a new type of wiring structure and wiring system is needed. This new wiring structure and wiring system won't debase the freedom of the robot and will not destroy during the moving of the robot. With this new wiring structure and wiring system, the electric wire and the air hose can rotate freely without abrasion. This new wiring structure and wiring system is mainly applied in the palletizing industry and can make it easier and faster to help our customer to palletize the required pattern.

Description:

This wiring structure and system includes electric wire system and the spiral air tube, in which FPC( Flexible Printed Circuit) is applied in order to reach +-270 degree without damage of the electric wire and the spiral air tube is applied to assure the transmission of the air.

The FPC is thin and has a small bending radius, so that the thickness between the upper cover and down side cover is small which is good for the compact size of the whole wiring system.
