2.- DISCLOSURE

State of the art

In the state of the art there are many countersink tools as the one disclosed in US1017352 which describes a countersink tool combining a drill and a centre reamer with a countersink.

Also, US5827018 discloses a cutting tool with central means for guiding the countersink.

Well known millings for countersink machines comprises centring shaft however the shaft brakes easily and it is not easy to be removed.

Description of invention

The propose milling tool herewith described comprises an additional lateral blind hole, apart from the already existing holes (blocking hole), with a diameter such that an allen key can be introduced, preferably a diameter bigger enough to be able to use the same allen key as the one used to remove the screws (blocking screws) so that time for the repairing step is reduced.

The additional hole is situated 90ยบ from the blocking hole so that the tool for removing the shaft can comprise a shorter handle avoiding pitching.

Additionally, since the hole is blind it can be used to keep refrigerant and/or lubricant (oil) in order to avoid the fretting of the centring shaft inside the milling, by including a cover/...
