Disclosed is a system for automatic extraction, classification and archiving of reusable embedded media. The system analyzes documents that are either created

within a department or between two or more departments using natural language

processing to determine business context of the documents. Thereafter, the media is extracted, categorized and stored in a central repository by utilizing information obtained from analyzing the documents. During creation of future documents, tasks in progress are analyzed and assigned a context. The system gives real time recommendations for media files to be inserted from the central repository into a

working document based on a related context. This prevents duplication of work across departments in creation of such media and enforces use of company sanctioned content such as, but not limited to, logos. The system also enhances ability of document creators to communicate ideas effectively to a target audience.

In an embodiment, one of a plugin, an add-on and a feature is added to an application for creating and collaborating documents to provide natural language processing and real-time suggestions for the media files.
