     Enclosed herein after are pharmaceutical compositions of 8-[(3R)-3- aminopiperidin-1-yl]-7-(but-2-yn-1-yl)-3- methyl-1-[(4-methylquinazolin-2-yl)methyl]- 3,7-dihydro-1H-purine-2,6-dione, referred as "compound I".

     The pharmaceutical compositions described herein may comprise any solid state form of compound I or combinations thereof, such as crystalline and amorphous forms of compound I, and combination of two or more crystalline forms of compound
I.

     The pharmaceutical compositions may be prepared according to any known method in the art, for example by direct compression, wet or dry granulation.
