Described herein below, are crystalline forms of hydrochloride, mesylate and tosylate salts of Compound I

Samples of a crystalline form of hydrochloride salt of Compound I were prepared by the process described in example 1, and were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction ("XRPD") to provide a crystalline form. Figure 1 presents the XRPD of the obtained form.

Figure 1: XRPD of a crystalline form of hydrochloride salt of Compound I

    According to figure 1, the crystalline form of the hydrochloride salt of Compound I is characterized by XRPD peaks at:7.2, 9.5, 11.9, 14.5, 16.5, 19.3, 19.6, 21.8, 24.5, 26.0, 26.9,
29.2 and 33.0  0.2 degrees 2Ө.

Samples of a crystalline form of mesylate salt of Compound I were prepared by the process described in example 2, and were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction ("XRPD") to provide a crystalline form. Figure 2 presents the XRPD of the obtained form.

Figure 2: XRPD of a crystalline form of mesylate salt of Compound I

    According to figure 2, the crystalline form of the mesylate salt of Compound I is characterized by XRPD peaks at: 7.3, 8.3, 12.1, 16.6, 16.8, 17.0, 19.3, 19.9, 21.5, 22.6, 24.2,
24.9, 28.3 and 29.0  0.2 degrees 2Ө.

Samples of a crystalline form of tosylate salt of Compound I were prepared by the process described in example 3, and were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction ("XRPD") to provide a crystalline form. Figure 3 presents the XRPD of the obtained form.
