Currently, cloud tenants can communicate with each other through certain software and data pulls. However, there is no known solution to interact via social networks
with other subscribers/tenants of the cloud.
Disclosed is a method and system for facilitating interaction between one or more cloud users via a social networking interface. The one or more cloud users can be, but need not be limited to, cloud tenants and cloud subscribers. Each of the one or more cloud users can utilize the social networking interface for communicating with other cloud users regarding changes in one or more cloud environments. For instance, a cloud tenant can utilize the social networking interface to learn about a particular configuration update from other cloud tenants. Similarly, a cloud subscriber can utilize the social networking interface to post updates related to a new configuration or a performance issue.
The social networking interface can also be configured to enable the one or more cloud users to automatically perform one or more cloud environment updates. For example, a cloud tenant can issue a command to switch to a new configuration using the social networking interface upon receiving a social network update related to the new configuration.
