Conventional systems enable a user to identify an issue and compile a report with defects to flag a concern. The compiled report

with defects is assigned to an individual/party responsible for resolving the issues. The responsible party/individual on analyzing the report either fixes the issues or rejects the defects in the report for plurality of reasons which may include, but not limited to,

working as designed, invalid concern, real time execution error and the like. Subsequently, defects rejected from the report are validated by an initial user to fix the issues or accepts the rejection processed by the responsible party/individual. But, if the initial user is not satisfied with the reasons of rejections processed by the responsible party/individual, then the initial user resubmits the report. Thus, in the conventional process, valid issues often "fall through the cracks" after returning without challenge.

Disclosed is a method and system for identifying parties affected by an issues resolution and providing the parties with rejection approval privileges. Here, the system allows parties affected by an issues potential resolution to counter a rejection of that resolution.
