Description

Disclosed is a method is disclosed for displaying one or more advertisements (Ads) periodically on one or more user devices based on an Ad rotation frequency.  The Ad rotation frequency is based on network connectivity, bandwidth experienced by the one or more user devices and time-of-day.

In accordance with the method, relevant advertisements are queued up on one or more user devices.  Thereafter, an Ad rotation frequency is computed real-time. The Ad rotation frequency is based on network connection, bandwidth experienced by the one or more user devices and time of day.  Additionally, the user is provided with variety of Ads from the same brand that increases the Ad impression significantly.  In an exemplary scenario, one or more smartphones/tablets may experience rotation of Ads every 5, 10, 12 seconds, wherein time for rotating Ads is based on time of day, network type (such as 3G, WiFi1, LTE2) and bandwidth.
