BROWSER BASED VIDEO FILE PLAYER IN JAVA COMPONENT JTEXTPANE IN LINUX SYSTEM – PLAYERTEXTPANE

FIELD OF INVENTION

The invention generally relates to a graphical user interface (GUI) based component and more particularly to a technique to extend assistance to more graphical user interface (GUI) based technology in a Linux system in the GUI based component.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In GUI based component used in any system, such as, in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system, a user plays a video as part text message as well as editor message as two separate processes and events. To play the video this requires two technologies utilizing a java JTextPane. The java JTextPane has performance issues and does not have editor in part of message text. This requires third party tool to launch video. Conventional technology required supported plugins to play video.

Hence there exists a need for an efficient technique, which does not require supported plug-ins to play video in the GUI based components.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention includes a technique to extend help for more graphical user interface (GUI) based technology in a Linux system in GUI based components. According to the technique video file plays on a JTextPane or Java component with Html hyperlink to help more GUI based technology in the Linux system.
