A Beverage Container With An Integrated Caffeine Detection Feature

Disclosed is a beverage container with an integrated caffeine detection feature. The beverage container can be a reusable container.

The below figure illustrates the beverage container that is reusable and enables caffeine detection with the press of a button.

As shown in the figure, F represents a main container body and E represents a removable section represented by the threaded connection. The removable section E can be detached from F by unscrewing. Further, the removable section E includes a button B for withdrawing a sample of liquid from the main container body F and powering on a green laser for detecting presence of caffeine in the liquid. C represents an intake port that is utilized to withdraw the sample of liquid from F. The beverage container can also include a battery compartment (not illustrated in figure) to power on the green laser and suction components.

According to embodiments of the present invention, upon pressing button B, the presence of caffeine in the liquid contained in the beverage container can be detected. When button B is pressed, the beverage container uses a small motor to create suction that draws the sample of the liquid through intake port C. The sample of liquid is then passed through one of reverse phase material D or a specific filter before dropping into observation window A in removable section E.
