In today's global world, Information Technology (IT) has opened multiple ways for a recipient to contact an individual for various purposes. Few of the ways that an individual can be contacted are based on the options such as fast transportation that enable flexibility to meet personally, mobile, call to home (Land line), social network, email, video chat, chat messengers, blogging etc. But the traditional methods lack an algorithm that can be integrated with the contact applications and comes in to action while a recipient tries to interact with an individual (where his/her contact details are stored in contact list) for a specific purpose, the engine suggests a best communication channel to be used by the recipient in order to obtain better response from the targeted individual.

Use case:

Here is a use case that got emerged due to recipient individual lacking the information regarding which communication channel to be used for that particular targeted individual in which he/she can get better response for the associated purpose.

Consider an example, where an individual (Person-X) wants to contact Person-Y for a specific purpose.

The confusion that comes in to the mind of Person-X is that he/she has multiple communication channels open to contact Person-Y, but lacks the information regarding which channel to be used such that he/she can get better response for that particular purpose.
